1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing the Uzimate dashboard, or using the Uzimate mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using Uzimate on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the Uzimate services immediately.

2. Eligibility & accounts

To use Uzimate you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Permitted use

You may use Uzimate to operate loyalty programs, issue rewards, run promotions, and engage with your customers. You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing communications in violation of applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Resell, rent, or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or contains malicious code.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service or the data of other users.

4. Subscriptions, free trials & billing

Uzimate offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial ends, continued use of paid plans is billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Customer data & loyalty rewards

You retain ownership of customer data and reward configurations you upload or create on the platform. You grant Uzimate a limited licence to host, process, and display this data solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of reward rules, point balances, and any redemption obligations toward your customers. Uzimate is not a party to the loyalty agreements between you and your customers.

6. Intellectual property

The Uzimate brand, logo, dashboard, mobile app, and all associated software are owned by Uzimate and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business — no other rights are granted.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or use the platform in a way that risks harm to other users or the service. You may close your account at any time. On termination, we will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

Uzimate is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uzimate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, our business, or applicable law. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uzimate is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law gives you additional rights.
